Habit Project day 7 May 18th

Well I am home sick today. I feel ok but woke up in the middle of the night with pink eye. No fun but it could be worse. I had to drive my wife to work because one of our cars is getting serviced. I did not text anyone and called Mr. Coonan to give him my sub plans. I picked the phone up once out of habit but remembered the project and immediately put it back down. All is well and I hope everyone enjoys the weeknd . More free time so plan your time wisely to avoid the negative habits!

  1. I just got home 10 minutes ago because our bus was an hour late, again. I am currently finishing up homework because I won’t want to do it over the weekend. I am now out of fruit to eat so I’m going to ask my parents if I could go to the store later to get some more. My grandfather wants me to go get food from our neighbors restaurant, but I had to say no because I don’t want to ruin the project. He doesn’t really get what the project is for but I hope he isn’t mad at me. Today was an okay day for the project. I did eat healthy but I didn’t drink as much water and I feel really tired.

  2. Today, I went home super fast to get dressed for my Piano Recital, so I didn’t have any time make a smoothie or grab anything. I guess you can say that I didn’t do well because after the recital they had refreshments and there was no healthy food. Without thinking I ate two sugar cookies. I hope to do better by grabbing something before leaving home that is healthy.

  3. Today I got up and took a shower. After I took a shower I got ready with music on again which helps a lot. By doing this my morning goes quicker and it is easier for me to focus on what I need to do.This helps because I’m not watching TV and I obviously get ready quicker. Then we drove to school and I was at school till 3:15. After school my grandmother and I went to the laundromat. Then we went to Ronnie’s which is an ice cream place in Auburn. I got most tracks which was delicious. Then we went to Park N shop and got ice tea because it was on sale. Then we went back and got the laundry. After all of that we went back to my grandmothers house I got changed into comfy clothes. Then watched TV for about 30 minutes and then I FaceTime Nicki till around 5:50. My mom then picked me up. We want home and I did watch TV for about two hours but I did limit TV today. When I got to my grandmothers I only did watch about 20 minutes because then Nicki FaceTime me which is not watching TV. So the day did go pretty well but I could do better. Hope everybody have a good weekend.

  4. Today I drank about 90 ounces! This morning while waking up and getting ready I drank about 10 ounces. Then during school, drank 40 ounces and after school towards the end of the day I drank 40 ounces. Like I said yesterday, I can definitely feel the difference between drunk a lot and a little. Also, today I drank it gradually throughout the day. Overall, today was a very successful day. One of my goals before the project is to drink 128 ounces (1 gallon)

  5. Today i went to school got home around 4 again did all of my homework for over the weekend which was done about five thirty then had dinner then did what have been doing all week cause that plan works the best so i took a shower at about nine and planning to head to bed at ten thirty!

  6. Last night I didn’t get very much sleep due to homework, but that was a one time thing. Today I did better with drinking water. In the morning I had a big glass of water. For lunch I didn’t really drink anything. When I got home I drank a grape water, which isnt pure water, but I didn’t feel like drinking regalar water. For dinner I went out and instead of ordering soda I had two glasses of water. To be honest drinking water doesn’t make me feel more engertic or awake, but it’s healthier than other drinks.

    1. Today I had grapefruit for breakfast. I had a kale salad for lunch. When I got home I ate 2 pieces of avocado toast with a fried egg on rye bread. Then I had my spanish class. Then we went out shopping and didn’t come home till 10:00. So I didn’t have time to exercise. I really want to do this and it’s really frustrating but I have a whole day tomorrow so I am going to take time off. Also I don’t have to do the research paper anymore so that gives me more time.

  7. Today I drank 84 oz! I refilled my 32 oz water bottle two times and then
    I also drank two 10 oz glasses. I woke up early this morning, got ready, and went to school. After school I got my nails done and went to the market. We came home and unpacked all of the groceries. After the market I watched TV. I was barely on my phone when I got home from school because I left it when we went to the nail salon. Tomorrow I hope to reach my goal and stay off of my phone as much as I can! I’m happy and feel successful!

  8. This has been really hard I am not use to breaking habits but I am doing this it hard to put down my phone and go outside because I am not used to it but I am doing it but I is just very tempting to pick up your phone and watch YouTube for 2 hours

  9. This project has been really hard for me because I am not used to not eating sweet food and not eating sweet food. Yesterday I rode my horse for about 2 hours then have her a bath. So hopefully I can do well in two weeks for Ohio and I can not get a craving or an urge

  10. On Friday, all I drank was water. I had pizza rolls for lunch. When I got home, I tried to use my phone less. Instead I started reading. I was tempted to drink a juice box, but I decided not to. To make this easier, I will only eat one junk food 2 times a week.

  11. Yesterday, I got lots of sleep. I was on my phone more than I would’ve liked. I was on for about 3 hours, which was more than I was trying to cut down. In the future, I doing want to use my phone as much

  12. Yesterday I woke up at 4am couldn't go back to sleep so I watched Netflix and then I fell asleep and woke up at 8 and took a shower. My mom drove me to my aunts house. My aunt drove to the hotel in New York. We met up with her son who was graduating and went on the subway. We ate and then we walked around time square for the rest of the day and when we got back it was already 12am. My phone shut off and it still hasn't turned on and I was really tired.

  15. I’ve been sticking to my goals friday was a very successful day. I ate healthy and drank a lot of water. I also went to dance at night which was my exercise for the day

  16. I took my dog for a walk and the morning but it was shorter then yesterday because my dog kept getting slower because he was dehydrated so went back back home earlier . When I came home from school I did my homework and we went to the mall so I didn’t really have time to do physical activity but when I went home I actually read a story from the Bible that my godmother told me to read and I went to bed

  17. I went hiking for leg day i got up mt. Wachusett in 15:12 which is 1 min faster than last time. And i ate and drank more.

  18. I spent the whole day at my grandpa's house and there is already really bad signal there so took some time to walk through the small forest next to his house, and I also helped one of the neighbors take their Quince Photos.
