Habit Project Day 8 May 19th

Happy Saturday everyone. Still in bed feeling gross . Eyes are still really red and this cold won’t go away. I’ll be ok but not sure how much driving I will do today. I was planning on taking Lilly to the Cirque Circus in Marlboro but I don’t think I will be attending with these eyes. Keep working hard and making great decisions! I’ll keep you posted on how I feel and if I get out of the house . Good luck!

  1. Today I woke up at 3x because someone was snoring really loudly. I officially got up at 6am to get breakfast. Then came back upstairs to the room and fell asleep until my mom brought my clothes for the graduation. My mom came gave me and gave me my clothes we went to the graduation. It was pouring outside and the graduation was outside and there wasn't enough seats. There was so much chaos and it was really cold so we left early and got something to eat and now I'm going to go swimming.

  2. Today I got up early so I could watch the royal wedding. I didn’t do much today because it was raining. I drank a lot of water but for the past couple of days I haven’t been that hungry lately. I had an egg white for breakfast and artichoke dip for dinner. I’d say that eating healthier was okay today. I didn’t get to go to the store the other day so I don’t have anymore fruit, but I’ll try asking again tomorrow. Also, I hope you feel better soon.

  3. Update: my sister threw up in the pool so we have to leave and take showers. It's been a very interesting and tiring day. Goodnight

  4. Today I was at the barn for the majority of the day. I went around 12:30 and left at about 6:30. Today I brought a 40 ounce water bottle and drank it throughout the day. Normally when I’m there I don’t drink too much water, but today I remembered. Then during dinner and when I was home I drank 20 ounces of water. Today when I was at the barn, I probably should have brought more because I definitely could I have had more. But I did reach my goal of 60 ounces today.

  5. Wake up at 7:00am watch royal wedding went to Dq clean my backyard came in side wet to my uncle graduation after that went to my cousins house then came home to watch then I did a art project

  6. This morning I wanted to watch the royal wedding,, so my mom came in at 7. I did not want to get up, so I went back to sleep til 9:30. When I got up I went on YouTube and started to watch the royal wedding from the beginning. Then after I did that I went in the living room and spent time with my mom. We watched a movie but that is ok because I was not by myself or in my bedroom. After that we went to tjmaxx. We went to my friends birthday party til 3:45 and went to my soccer game. It was raining during soccer but it was ok. After my soccer game we went back to the party til 9. So my day went good tv was limted a lot. I also forgot to say the party was at 1:30. So I didn’t watch a lot of tv.

  7. Last night I got a good 9 hours of sleep. For breakfast I had OJ because water with breakfast is terrible. For lunch I had about 16 oz of water and then drank a water bottle when I went to the MMA. For dinner I went to a Chinese restaurant and didn’t want tea so I had water. So today I drank the most water so far of about 36-40 oz of water.

  8. Today was a normal day for me. I am sick though so that sucks. For breakfast I had a smoothie with lactaid milk in it and bananas and strawberries. Then I took my cousins foster dog for a 25-30 minute walk. Then I got home watched the royal wedding and the preakness stakes. I also drank 40-50 oz of water. Then I went on my bed for a good 2 hours and read a book. And now I'm heading to bed to get good sleep for hopefully riding my horse tomorrow.

  9. So yesterday I went to bed at 10:45, which is early to me. I slept for 9 hours and a half. I woke up to my mom telling me get up cause the wedding was showing of harry and Meghan. She kept on telling me to go look at her dress. I stayed in bed. Then my dad tried to wake me up saying the same stuff. I stayed in bed for about 20 minutes. I finally woke up and looked at the clock and saw that it was only 8:00 in the morning. I thought it was like 11. 8:00 in the morning is very early to me.

I woke up today around 10 went downstairs had breakfast and spent an hour or 2 downstairs doing what i have been doing for the past week and then i had lunch and went for a about an hour bike ride came home watched tv for about 30 mins just chilled downstairs then it was dinner after dinner i took a shower went downstairs again for another hour then spent time in my room on youtube for about an hour and here i am typing this about the time i am going to bed.

  11. I went to bed around 12 last night beaches it was was saturday and i felt like staying up. I don't think this will affect anything to do w my schedule at all.

  12. ( 5/19) Today I woke up at 10:00. I had breakfast and got ready for the day. I had a graduation party and a birthday party for my friend from dance. I lacked on my water today. I only drank 60 oz. I reached my goal but I wanted to at least drink 70 oz. The graduation party was fun. I was barely on my phone because I left my phone in the car at the graduation party. I was on my phone a little bit at my friends. Since I blogged late (1:44 am 5/20) I hope that I drink more water today and stay off of my phone.

  13. Today I woke up and cleaned my whole house with my mom. I had an apple for breakfast and a salad for lunch. Later I went to my friends party and ate a bunch of unhealthy food. I had only water to drink though. We also danced a lot and played a bunch of games so I wasn’t just sitting on the couch but it still wasn’t a full workout.

  14. Yesterday I woke up and ate waffles for breakfast. So far I’ve drunk only water this whole week. Then I went to the movies with my friends. I didn’t really use my phone as much yesterday.

  15. This morning i went for a run with my dad around the neighborhood and I when I got home I took my dog for a walk . Later on the day I watched infinite wars with Marcy and Katarina and we walked around a lot so I guess that was physical activity . But when i got ready for bed i failed to read a book to go to bed and watched Netflix so today wasn’t that successful

  18. I woke up at 7 am and then went to visit my grandma from my dad's side of the family. Then we went to Natick mall and I spent 4 hours walking around and shopping.I was on my phone but not the whole time maybe for an hour of two total.
