Habit project day 9 May 20th

Sorry for the late post but I may have had my most productive day in the past 10 years. I was able to say so many tasks on the to do list and a motivated to do more this week! I am doing really  with my texting habit as well. I actually used Siri to text today while I was driving instead of texting out the words. Every time I go to text I catch myself and say no. I also am feeling a lot better than I was the past week! I am looking forward to a great week with you all! See you tomorrow!

  1. Today was a pretty average day. I drank 60 ounces of water throughout the day. The morning was pretty calm. I went to the grocery store. Today I went to the barn in the afternoon and that’s when I drank most of the water from the day. In the morning I drank 20 ounces of water and then while I was at the barn I drank 40. I think that as the weather warms up my water intake will increase.

  2. Today i woke up at 9 because my phone went off and at 11 i went to church. The rest of the day i just chilled and slept. I slept a lot actually and I'm going to bed early because I'm really tired for some reason.

  3. Today I had a yogurt parfait for breakfast. I went to the walk for the homeless. It was three miles and Morgan and I talked the whole time. Exercising with a friend is so much better than exercising alone. When I got home I did homework and I ate my mom’s Mac and cheese for dinner. I usually eat more junk on the weekends but that’s ok because I eat healthy every other day

  4. Today I woke up and took my dog for a walk and then I helped my mom clean the kitchen and living room . I went to church and then went to a graduation party which was fun my friends and I walked around outside and danced . Now I am getting ready to almost go to bed finishing up some homework and i have my book next to me for when I am about to go to bed

  5. Today I woke up and drank some water, which made me feel refreshed and energized. Then I went to my dance recital. After that I went home and ate some fruit and animal crackers. I decided to put my phone down and start reading for 30 minutes. As of now I’m doing my homework and then I will go to bed.

  6. Today I woke up, had breakfast at my friends house. Once I got home from her house I did my homework. While I was doing my homework I filled up my 32 oz water bottle. I drank that throughout the period of time that I was doing my homework. With my lunch I had 16 oz. For dinner I also had 16 oz of water. In total I drank 64 oz. Today I went on my phone a lot. I feel like Im doing very well with drinking my 60 oz per day but I am lacking with going on my phone. Im still trying to find better strategies.

  7. Yesterday I got home really late, which was at 11:30 at night. I was very tired. I ended up getting up at 9:00 in the morning, which is a good time for me. It is not too late or too early. I feel that the earlier I go to bed on Friday nights will impact the time I will go to bed on weekends. It will also impact the time I wake up at.

  8. Today I got up and had to drive to Rhode Island for a graduation and read on the way there and just listened to music. After the graduation we went out to lunch and I didn’t use my phone much. It was a very busy and hectic day so I wasn’t on my phone mi uh and when I got home I just did my homework and went to bed

  9. Today was a hard day for me because my horse is very sick and they don't know it if she will live much longer. So I hung out with her today then she laid down and she was gone. Now I don't have a horse to go to Ohio with and I am very sad. I had a lot of healthy food today such as a fruit parfait, fruit cabob, and some vegetables. Then I may of had a tiny piece of chocolate because I was so stressed over my horse dieing. But lots see what tomorrow bring me to.

Today i woke up at 7:30 and then went to church at 9 then got home at around 10 or 10:30 i spent a couple hours then we had to go to church again for a family hang out event that started at 1 then got home at 4:30 after that i did my homework that i had assigned over the weekend then i had dinner then just spent more time downstairs then i spent time in my room till now and it is currently 10:15 pm and i am going to head to bed

  12. Today I woke up at 9 and ate eggs and then just hung around the house. For lunch I had a salad and drank a lot of water. For dinner I had chicken and then before my brother baseball game my sister and I went and got ice cream at 4 corners and then went to his game. I came home and watched the rest of season 2 of 13 reasons and then took a shower and did my homework then went to bed

  13. Last night I got the most sleep in like 3 years. I slept for 10 hours. Also I drank 60-70 oz of water because today I was pretty productive outside doing work. I filled my water bottle up 4 times. The only water I drank today was the time I was outside working. For dinner I had milk and for lunch I had nothing. So today I overachieved my goal.

  14. Today was good. I got up at 9:30 and went on my phone. After that I went in the living room. I took a shower and while I got ready I watched tv. Then we went and ran errands. For lunch we went to the 99 and I got chicken for lunch. After lunch we went to tjmaxxs again but we clothes for summer. We went home and I cleaned room. I cleaned til 4:40 it was good. While I did that I watched tv. We had to go to Shaw’s and we got food for school. For dinner I just had toast but I was not that hungry. I did watch tv til 10 and now I am in bed ready to go to sleep. We everyone at school tomorrow. I did good on limiting tv and let’s see how the week goes.

  15. I am writing about both today and yesterday.. so this weekend has been pretty good for the most part. Yesterday I woke up at 9 and I ate watermelon for breakfast and then I got ready because my studio and I were performing at the garden festival I think it was called.. That was fun I got to buy some plants and I got to dance with my friends.. after that I went home and ate a salad for lunch and drank a starberry banana smoothie and then I went to the movies and saw avengers infinity war and I kind of cheated a little.. I ordered a pink drink and a cheesecake from Starbucks and I probobalg should’ve gotten a salad but it’s okay because that was all I ate for the rest of the night.. Today was better tho I woke up at 8 this morning and I got ready and I went to my dance recital. I Danced from 10 30 to 8 pm.. all I had to drink that entire day was water and I honestly felt so good!! I felt really energized and the headache that I had gotten went away really quickly! I mean I wasn’t eating a lot because I didnt have time but I still managed to drink water all day!! I also wasn’t really on my phone that much because I was too busy getting my costumes together and stuff

  16. Today I got up at 6am to go to pack up all my stuff and checkout of the hotel. After my mom, sister, and I went to breakfast. Then my mom started driving back to Massachusetts before it started raining hard in New York. We got back around 9:30 and went to the grocery store. When we got home, we unpacked our stuff and put away the groceries. my phone had been off since saturday so I decided to go outside and play with my sister for some time. After we ate dinner and played games such as tag. I had realized that my phone would never turn back on so I told my mom and she's bringing it to the store tomorrow. After being outside in the rain for 2 hours yesterday my head hurts and my throats irritating me and I'm really tired.

  17. Today was pull day i went to the gym i did some deadlifts pull ups rows brocurls abdomin. And i got some protein bars and ate alot.

  18. Today I woke up at 8:00 and played an hour of games and then went to the gym and lifted and ran. After I went home, took a shower and moved on with my normal life.

  19. Yesterday I went to blackstone valley so I can get my sophia a present for her birthday. I left and then I went home and I studied which it was not really for anything because the test got moved. My dad made me go on a walk so we walked about 2 miles. I didn’t really eat anything because I haven’t been that hungry lately. I went to bed at 10 because I woke up late. I also drank lots of water.

  21. I came back home from Lowell and spent the day with my uncle and his family. I spent most of the day off my phone because I was stuck playing with little kids but it was really fun.
